How does it work?
You select a program that varies in length from four months to one year, and you select the amount of evaluations per month.  We will send our secret shoppers (average people that represent a variety of demographics), to evaluate and provide their opinions on your business.  Our secret shoppers will provide you with the most detailed information about their experience, from the moment they walk through your door until the time they leave - information that is simply impossible to obtain with normal in-house customer surveys.  At the end of each month, we'll provide you with the individual secret shopper reports along with a Summary Report.  The Summary Report will provide you with the average scores for each question on the questionnaire, which are obtained from all evaluations conducted during that month.  With our reports, you'll be able to identify the positive and the negative aspects of your business, as seen through your customers eyes.  You'll have the information that every business owner needs to make important changes and to improve the customer experience in your business, which will result in higher sales, more referrals and repeat business.
